Julien Gagnon (Founder) strong determination has taken him on a unique journey. After his collegiate studies and a year of travelling, at the age of 21 he finally decided to follow his heart and dance (2001).
He started at the Conservatoire de Danse de Montréal, became a recipient of a grant from the Music and Dance Academy of the Domaine Forget and went on to study with the Ballet jazz de Montréal. He was then invited to finish his studies at the National Ballet School of Canada in Toronto where once again he received a grant. Julien was the first student in the history of the National Ballet School of Canada to be accepted at the age of 25. (2005)
Five years after his first step into dance, he was dancing for Ballet Ouest (2004), the National Ballet of Canada (2005), Les Grands ballets canadiens de Montreal (2006) and the Banff Center , Festival Dance (2006).
Recently Julien has reoriented his career towards teaching the Art of Yoga, bringing with him his unique athletic experience and full dance background.
Co-founder of ezDanza, with Edgar Zendejas and Neelanthi Vadivel, he still has dance in his heart.
Professional dancer, fully-recognized teacher of Asthanga yoga and master swimmer, and never satisfied, he continues to follow various training including holistic medicine and acrobatic stunts.
